I am a "self-made" painter. Ever since childhood I've had a keen interest in the visual arts. And I've always had an aptitude for drawing and painting.

I was always encouraged by my family to try different media, and to express myself without undue influence from other painters or art teachers. I work with different techniques to depict many subjects in a variety of styles. The diversification in my work may be the result of my interesting family background.

My oldest brother has described our family as "rootless" which may be reflected in the lack of a stereotyped identity, and a rapid adaptation to new cultural environments, highlighting the universality of my art.
